Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments are made via direct deposit, PayPal, or check as selected in your account preferences.

• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
• Bidding on trademarked terms in paid search campaigns

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove any Company materials from your websites or marketing channels. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid according to normal payment terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the payment of earned commissions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
